- Airport Transfer :resort transfers are arranged based on the international flight schedule. Guests are required to provide the flight details at least 24 hours prior to the travel date. The shared return speedboat transfer price is: USD 150 per adult, taxes included and USD 75 per child from 4 to 12 years old taxes included.

-surfers wishing to come to the Resort would be required to book a complete “Surf & Accommodation” package through The Perfect Travel Group and the resort willbe able to accept any booking for surfing directly to maintain this surf zones exclusivity,surfers must pre-book a complete surf package, including accommodation through The Perfect Travel Group.

- Dive Free Program : The Kandooma Dive Free Program allows for 2 dives per person per day for a maximum of 2 Certified Divers per room, when staying a minimum of 3 consecutive nights. No diving on day of departure and a 24 hour no-fly time is strictly enforced. As per the Diving Regulations of Maldives, a diver must be able to provide evidence of diving within the prior 3 months. In the absence of any such evidence, the diver will be required toan orientation dive to successfully demonstrate the skills and abilities of a certified diver. If the diver is unable to pass this orientation dive or fails to demonstrate safe diving practices at any time, then the diver will be required to firstly undergo a Refresher Programcharges apply.

- Drone Policy : To maintain the privacy of our valued guests, aerial drones are strictly prohibited from being used on or in proximity to the resort premises. Upon prior notice to our reception team, drone flying may be permitted in designated island areas supervised by the resort security team.

- Third-Party Services : For the safety and security of our guests, third-party activity and excursion providers arepermitted on the island. The hotel day starts from hour 14:00 and ends at 12:00.

A maximum of 2 children aged 0–12 years will eat for free based on the rules and meal plan of the accompanied adult, excluding alcoholic beverages.
